Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Child visitation

My ex-husband is suppose to pick the kids up every other weekend, he has moved out of town and I have no vehichle. He wants me to come pick them up or drop them off and in our divorce aggrement it does not state who is suppose to do what. he has not picked them up in a while because of this stating that I could find someway to come pick them up or drop them off. Do I have to or is he suppose to do it?
