Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Child Visitations

I had to move to another state for my job and had a legal visitation agreement in place during the time I lived in the state of Louisiana. The order said I would have my child for 5 weeks over the summer. Before I move to another state my ex - wife aggreed that this would stay the same. Now she is saying that she will not allow me to take my child out of state and I can only visit my child in the state of Louisiana. Can my e-wife do this? What can I do to protect my visitation rights?
