My grandsons father want miliage to take him to the airport which is 30 miles away from his home. Can he do this ?

Frankly, I would have to have more information to give you an answer to your question. I would need to know whether the father was under an order to allow visitation with the child, just what the court's ruling was about visitation. My initial thoughts are that if the father is under a legal obligation to allow visitation with the grandson, then he would have to bear the costs of transportation to make compliance with the court's judgment concerning child visitation possible.
