The first thing you need to figure out is what state ordered you to pay support and what state the child lives in. If they are the same, that state has jurisdiction over the child. If you don't know what to do, consult with a lawyer in the child's home state. Second, did you simply agree to responsibility, or was there paternity (DNA) testing? I suggest that you consult with a lawyer in the child's home state.
