Civil Code Article 103

Is there still an immediate divorce, on the grounds of adultry, with minor children involved? If not, how long is the wait time?

If you can prove adultery, there is no waiting period. However, adultery is much harder to prove than most people think. It would take more than your spouse just admitting it.
