I'm in need of help i would like someone show me how to make a legal document (Motion and Order to Set Trail Date).We filed Rule for Contempt on a Consent Judement we missed our court date the judge said we need to file a'' Motion and Order to Set Trail Date''.Can i please have help

I realize that lawyers seem expensive. Mechanics, plumbers & doctors seem expensive to me but most of what they do is beyond my knowledge and ability. If filing a single document is beyond your abilities, then I'm sure that trying your case will be much harder. A good lawyer is far less expensive than doing it wrong.
