community property

if i went to court and was given exclusive use of a house that me and my ex are still co owners of and i put a restraining order against them to have them put out the house and then i want that person back and then move them back into our house then what rights do i have to just put them out cause i don't want them anymore

One problem with writing a statement without using any punctuation is trying to figure out what the question is. I think what you said was you got use of the house, your ex was ordered to vacate and you have an injunction against him. You then allowed the ex back into the house without changing the court order. Now, you want the ex out again. Assuming I am right, then technically the court order is still in affect and the ex is in violation of the injunction. However, if the ex refuses to leave, you may have to contend with an angry court for both of you violating the court order. My experience is if you call the police, when your ex tells them you allowed him to return, they may be reluctant to make him leave. Sometimes, however, they ignore that fact and make them leave. So, tell the ex to leave and if he doesn't, call the police and show them the court order. If they won't make him leave then take him to court.
