community property

if you form a LLC when married and donate propert to it an it is a single member LLC is the LLC community property in case of divorce?

Without any more information, unless you have a pre-nup or your spouse signed a document saying the LLC was separate property of yours, then it is community. However, the donated property may be something different. You need to speak with an attorney in your area.
