Community Property

The question I have is:

My exhusband and I typed and signed a paper saying who got what and it pretty much gave him everything after being married 11 years. Do I have the right to those things because it was not notarized or witnessed? Our divorce is not yet final and I feel that I signed that paper under pressure to be able to get out of the relationship. Please help me

If the agreement you signed did not give you very close to 50% of the community property and debts, then it is not enforceable.
