Community Property
Whom is responsible if the other spouse is in control and management of rental properties and a large amount of rental properties are lost, due to his neglect, prior to settling community property? At the time, my attorney knew this upon documented evidence between him and spouse's attorney, but failed to do anything. Whom is responsible? The spouse? The attorney? or BOTH? tHANKING YOU FOR YOUR COURTESIES, I AM.

If it was community property, then you are both responsible. However, since I am guessing he has always controlled the property in question, then he is responsible. Your lawyer MIGHT have some responsibility, but much more detailed information is necessary.
