what is comtemp adoption? my rigths have been determinated .my kids been adopted without my permission.what do i do to get my kids back?
i recieve ssi for my disability.my whole case my ocs workers was telling me i was going to get my kids back and i missed my last court date because i came late and they did arything beyhond my back.they wanted me to sign cusyody papers,i didnt,because i love my kids.every lawyer gets want money and i live on fix income.what happen to justice.

In OCS cases, the parnts ae appointed attorneys at no cost. It is a very lengthy proceeding in order to terminate rights and have children adopted. You would have been working with the agency for at least two years without progress in order to terminate and free children for adoption. Once the adoption is final, there are no further proceedings to be filed.
I agree with Ms. Lucas except that when your children are taken you are told from the jump that in 12 months the State COULD move to terminate your rights. Apparently that happened. You have 15 days from the date the Judgment is sent to each part to appeal.
