Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I'm concerned here with spousal support, not child support information. Please tell me whether the law in Louisiana still provides for no more than one third of the payor spouse's net income for permanent spousal support. Also, is it required for the spouses in Louisiana to exchange tax returns or W-2's with each other if there is a permanent spousal support Judgment in effect in Louisiana. Can a receiving spouse take the Louisiana Judgment and move out of state and then register that spousal support Judgment so as to use the new state's law of half of the net income so as to increase from the amount Louisiana ordered?

The law is still one-third. You must bring the payor back to court if you feel the support should be increased. There is no exchange of financial information unless it was ordered in the judgment. You cannot use the laws of another state to increase the amount.
