Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Can a consent judgment for permanent spousal support in Louisiana be drafted with agreement between the parties so as to say that if the payor spouse becomes deceased, the payments will continue as long as there is adequate funds from the estate of the deceased to pay, or, again with agreement, can it be written that the payor spouse will also carry a life insurance policy and the recipient spouse will be the beneficiary, with a specified policy amount to be given? If the payor spouse refuses to communicate or agree, does Louisiana law make provisions for either of these items? Thank you.
