Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

contempt of Court

My husband has a child with another woman before me. We have custody papers that state we are to get him every other weekend, we have not seen him the whole month of April. My Question is, If we file contempt papers will she go to jail or just get a slap on the hand?
