How much does it cost to get emergency custody of two children?

Depends on how easy doing an ex parte is. That is it depends on the facts. Otherwise, a full blow custody hearing would be necessary. So, without clerk of court fees, you are looking at $500-$3,500 and maybe more if it gets drawn out.
