Court is asking me to pay for a "welfare grant" What is it, and how much is it?

I haven't heard this term before, but if you have received monies from the government and it has been determined that some or all has been paid in error, you may owe it back. If this is in regards to child support, you owe monies to the State for monies provided to your children.
