Covenant marriage

My son is divorcing his wife (they had a covenant marriage) . Her drug abuse and failure to get help for it led to him having to leave and take his daughter. She went into rehab 5 months ago for 1 month inpatient, and still hasn't gotten a job since getting out. She can't go back to her nursing job (supposedly), but could get other work, but won't. How long is he liable to keep her on his health care from his work? He filed for divorce in early Feb of 08.

At least until the divorce is final. But he should check with the health insurance carrier at work to see what their rules are.
