Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i am custodial parent of 2 kids their dad was given visitation but has not exercised that right, i was awarded an increase in child support and he is now petitioning for joint custody. I can not afford an attorney what are my chances?

Show up in court and explain to the judge that he is not visiting now. I also suggest that you contact the local Legal Services (some call it Legal Aid) office. You might qualify for their services.
