can I get custody of my adult disable child in case of divorce

Your adult child needs to be interdicted and a guardian ordered by the court. If an adult can not take care of their person and/or their financial and business affairs, an interdiction proceeding is filed with a doctor's report or testimony as to the extent of the person's need for a caretaker.
