custody amendments

Can your attorney amend your custody papers without your consent? If they did, what are actions that can be taken to refute the amendment?

If the amendment does not alter the substantive portion of the Judgment, that is, is changed to reflect a mistake, then it is all right. Even then, you should know about it. If it says something which was not agreed to, then it has no effect.
