Want to get custody back

my x-wife has dom. custody. my son is failing in school. My X is signing off that he is not doing his homework and he teacher said that he is not the same child when I asked her about his grades. His mother is on probation for getting in a fight with a woman in the midle of the night. Bringing my son out with her. How much of a leg do I have to stand on to get Dom. Custody.

Since custody and domicile are based on the "best interests of the child" your chances are reasonable.

Best interest of the child is what determines all aspects of custody/visitation. It does not matter what we on this site think, the only way you will know what chance you have is get a good attorney and file to change your son's domicile.
