Custody caper

I need help quick! My husband and I are divorcing. I live in Atlanta, GA and he lives in Lake Charles, LA. Our son was living with me until 2 months ago when I voluntarily allowed him to move back to La for the 07/08 school year under the provision he took him to counseling to deal with the divorce. My husband has since filed for full custody and will not let me see or speak to my son. He is not taking him to counseling and I have very little money to fight him. Help PLEASE!

I am assuming your divorce is pending in LA. If so, you will need to consult with a LA attorney about your options. If my assumption is wrong and the divorce is in GA, consult with a GA attorney.
