Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Custody modification

My husband and I have 50/50 custody of our 4 yr old son. This weekend I was told that he was abusing his other children and charges were filed against him by OCS and the local PD. Im am very scared of what will happen to our son. I can not afford an attorney at this time but need to know what I can do and how I can get legal representation.

If charges were filed, where is your son? If OCS is involved, then you should team with them to make sure he does not get his son back until he makes major strides forward. I say of this from what you wrote.
