Custody of twins in LA

My husband and I had twins in December. They were put back in the hospital with jaundice. He left that night and went to his moms to sleep. All that night and the next day, he didnt call or show up. He finally showed after my father tracked him down. I told him to leave the hospital room b/c I just couldnt deal with his issues then. I also told him to leave my car that he had been driving since his was broken down. He had been going around with friends while I was at the hospital. I told him that the babies and I were going to my moms for a few days so that I could have some help.He called often that week. The night before we were supposed to go home,he called and picked a fight and said we should just get divorced. He's telling everyone I kicked him out b/c I asked him to leave the hospital. The kids and I stayed at my moms and put all my stuff in storage. He has not seen them or called to check on them since the first week of January. I wrote him letters and emails and tried to call him suggesting counseling. He changed his cell number and email. He filed for divorce and a disavowal ofpaternity.Justgottheresults.They're his of course.He may seek visitation b/c his family wants to see them.What should I do next?
