court ordred child support in the amount of 886.00 for 3 children. the oldest just graduated. but income has went up to close to 100,000 ex wife was court ordered to pay 1/2 of chid support inthe summer months because we have them all summer she never payed a penny. she is a rn and has just quit her 80,000 dollar job knowing we will be going to court for reduction. we do have the two oldest children as a deduction. if we do go to court is she obligated to pay all back child support that was court orderd and will the courts take into concideration her quiting her job and what would be you best estement of child support on the money im making now abd can i claim the youngest as a dependent

I will not give an estimate because that would require more information than I have.
If she has not paid a court-ordered obligation then she is in contempt and can be sanctioned. She can also be ordered to pay back her unpaid debt, or you can ask the court to suspend your obligation until it offsets her past-due amount.
In calculating support your lawyer (and I firmly believe you need one) should ask the court to treat her as voluntarily unemployed or underemployed. Her recent tax returns can be used to establish her income.
