My daughter is 8 now she was 1 when her mother left. Her mother has since re married and has moved her once already 150 miles which as far as she could go per rule she request during divorce which I agreed with. She now is talking about moving 650 miles away . Since she ask for 150 mile radius from the town we lived in will

The courts just let her change it to benefit her and what she wants to do

In order fr a court to allow another move the person requesting the change must show the move provides a benefit to the child and themselves. Usually the court will require a detailed plan of school and neighborhood. Many courts require a necessary move for employment or because there is a support system in place.
