My daughter was a victim of abuse physical in nature(pulling of hair punches and kicks...) and was put out of the house by her mother in Georgia. She then called me (her Father) come to pick her up to live with me what rights do I have she is 17 and does not want to go back.

You will need to seek custody. She is 17 and should be able to choose where she lives. Her mother forced her to move out of the house, so you as her father had an obligation to provide shelter and support. A custody suit will not be necessary when she is 18. Wherever the original custody decree was rendered is the proper court to file for custody.
