Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

When determining the amount of child support that was to be recieved, my ex- husband did not report that he gets an annual bonus each year from his company ( usually around 10,000.00) he only reported his monthly income. Should the annual bonuses have been taken into consideration as well?

Yes, but you or your lawyer should have presented evidence of that to the hearing officer or Judge.
