divorce and community property
I was divorced a year ago however the community property has not been divided.I recentlyfound out that my spouse placed a community property vehicle in a friends name before our divorce was finalized. That friend is not with the spouse anymore and has retained ownership of the vehicle from my ex-spouse and refuses to return it what are my options now in retrieving the vehicle or compensation and is it retrievable from the spouse, the friend or both? the friend did the transaction with the knowledge that the vehicle was part of a divorce.

Talk to your lawyer. There are several possible remedies. Pick the one (or ones)best suited for your situation.
No matter what, your husband owes you credit for the property. If you got a restraining order prohibiting him from disposing of community property, then you can have him found in contempt.
