divorce - final decree

I filed divorce- husband served -no children -6 month time period elapsed yet husbands whereabouts are unknown- how can divorce be finalilized if he is not avaliable to accept papers

Speak with your lawyer about having a curator appointed.

You can have an attorney appointed to represent him and serve him through that attorney.
