Divorce form

I am trying to file for a divorce and we have grown children over age 18 and they are married. Which form do we use, the form with children or without children? We would like to get this doen right away. Can you help with this question? What do you suggest?

Re: Divorce form

In a divorce we always mention the names and status of the children (minors vs majors). I suggest you consult an attorney to help you with this.
