Divorce

Own home with step father we did a loan against the home and spouse had to sign to do the loan. Because of la laws. How will this affect the divorce.

I do not understand. Your step-father and his wife are divorcing and you are asking how it will affect your interest in the house. You will still own whatever interest you have in the house, so that will not be affected.
