my husband told me to get out the house because he doesnt know if he wants to be with me any more he says he needs time to think we have a son what do i need to do?? i dont have a job

Unless there is a reason you did not mention there is no reason for you to leave instead of him. I suggest you get the advice of a lawyer immediately.
