divorce in Louisiana
I am a canadian living in Louisiana for the past 2 years. Can I get a consentual, no-fault divorce from my canadian spouse still living in Canada?

That issue will be decided by whether the law of her state in CA acknowledges foreign divorces. I'm betting it does, but someone would need to confirm this with research or through a CA attorney for her state.
