Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
I am currently going through a divorce in Louisiana. My husband has two university degrees where as I only have an associates. We also have two children. I make more money than my husband because I needed to in order to support the family when he couldn't. He has has it ordered that I provide all bank and creditcard statements for two years. Can he use a charge to a motel to prove adultry? And if he can, what can he gain out of it?

Adultery has to be proven by witnesses. If proved, adultery shows fault granting a quicker divorce, ending spousal support in most instances.
