Divorce Preparation
My wife and I have been married for three years. We were living in this house together one year before our marriage. Her name alone is on the mortgage contract. I have been making most of the payments on this house. When we divource am I entitled to half of the house?

No, the house was hers before you married. It did not become community property.
You are entitled to credit for your half of the house note. It doesn't matter which of you actually paid, the law presumes you both were paying. For 3 years the community paid the house note, which was her separate debt.
