divorce

i have my son with at all time and my husbande is trying to get custody of him. i do every thing for him. i had to call the police on him for domestic violence. do i stand a good chance of keeeping my child my ex is verbally abusive and in the past physical abusive im to appear in court monday april 16 for my husand distubing the peace and domestic violence, an dthen on april 26 domestic violence and to file for legal separttion, oh and to get child support and alimony .
