Divorce

My wife and I got married May 29, 2004. We Have now been Seperated since September 29, 2004. How do I go about starting the divorce procedure and about how much will it cost me. I am currently out of work due to a motorcycle accident. Please Help!

We can file a suit for divorce based on living separate and apart for 6 months. Our fee is $500 and court costs would be around $250, or less.
