Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Since my divorce my wife has moved in with a notary and all of her affidavits has come to me from this notary. Is this ethically legal since she is bias according to the Louisiana notary laws?

Yes. A notary only affirms that the person signing is who they say they are. They are not making any determination about the truth of what the affiant is stating. So, there is nothing wrong with a notary notarizing something for a loved one, family member, whatever.
