Divorce
We have be apart for 6-8 years. I filed in 1998,she won,t sign. Is there something that i can do to get my divorce,without her signing. please help. Our son is making 19 yrs. old. thanks Ready

She does not have to sign anything. You can just have her served with a Petition for Divorce and then wait the applicable time period after service.

I agree with Mr. Louque except to add that I believe you have to file a new Petition for Divorce. Since you have already been separated for over 6 months, and no children under 18, it should be a breeze. She never had and still does not have to sign anything. However, she will have to be served with the Petition.
