Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

If I was divorced in East Baton Rouge parish and was created the domicillary parent by the judge in that parish, if I move out of parish or state do I still have to go back to EBRP courts for any child custody issues? My ex lives out of the parish as well.

Yes. You will need to get court permission to move out of state.
