Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
I am divorced. We have not been through property settlement yet. I was awarded use of my car by the courts. My X filed bankrupcy and encluded my car. I took over the payments. The title is under both our names. Does he still have to donate the car to me before I can sell it? Also he encluded the credit cards under the bankrupcy - If they are considered community debt - can they (the credit card company) still come after me to collect?

I believe you can file an intervention in the bankruptcy (you are both his co-debtor & his creditor), but you should speak to someone whose expertise is closer to your situation.
