Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

We are divorced but have not settled on property. I live in the house. The A/C has had to be repaired.

I make very little money, 24,000 a year and my ex ownes a business and makes lots of money several hundred thousand a year. . Do we have to split the $3,400 bill fifty fifty? Since he makes 99% more money than me is that fair or can the bill be more evenly split based on our incomes.

The full cost of the repairs will be hashed out at the partition of the community. Why are you waiting to settle the property of the marriage?
