Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
I have been divorced for 2yrs & have a 5yr old.. I will be changing careers in the next year. I am potentially looking to move from Louisiana to TX.. The opertunities that are available for me will increase my income by double. Not to mention the cultural and educational opertunities for our son... I am the domacillary parent. His visitation of every other weekend does not have to change.. we have had a very amicable divorce and thus far have co-parented well, however I do not think that he is going to agree to a move.... Advice please

The court will have to agree with you that the move is beneficial to both you and, more importantly, the child. Be sure you have a fully formulated plan to present to the court including employment,a residence, the school, etc
