Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

domciliary custody

My controlling ex husband is tryng to say I have no say in anything concerning our kids going as far as not telling me when they ar injured and going to hosp. We recently went to court and I lost the relocation change for our kids to move to tx with me. Prior rulingto this was shared and prior to that it was joint. The actual papers from the last case state that i was denied relocation and he was awarded domiciliary custody. Is this where they live with him and I still have rights or is it that he has sole custody. I have visition and pay child support. He currently lives in La and I in tx.
