Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have domicle custody I pay for daycare nothing in the custody papers that we share tax dependency. Can I claim every year. Can my baby's father claim him legally

If he pays child support then he can make a claim, however, so can you unless the custody is 50-50. Since you never mentioned what he paid, I suspect he does pay support.
