durable power attory
man in hosptial dying and he wants his daughter to fill out power attorney to take care of finances so his wife doesnt get involved..also he wants his daughter to prepare something for him to sign to say do not prolong life with machines...im just her notary and we are in community property state...how do i help her and him

Power if Attorney ends upon his death. Plug in Living Will into google and that should give you forms.

Power if Attorney ends upon his death. Plug in Living Will into google and that should give you forms. He should execute a legal will to take care of his property after his death.
