Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Hello, what ends a consent judgment as to permanent spousal support in Louisiana concerning circumstances with either spouse and who has to inform the court, and if one of the parties doesn't inform the court, what could occur? Also, if one of the spouses leaves the state of LA, can a motion for enforcement or modification occur in the state the spouse moves to, or should it occur in LA, but only if the other spouse is residing there? Is it a serious error that would need a court hearing correction if the date the marriage began is incorrect by 5 days on the DRO for LASERS?

Permanent spousal support ends when the other spouse remarries or dies. You must petition the court to terminate it. The enforcement action is filed in Louisiana and then the judgment will have to be made executory in the other state. It is not a serious error.
