Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

i entered into a marriage with a home that was awarded from a previous marriage. The original payoff was 104,000. We refinanced in both of our name and the payoff is now 140,000. I have since refinanced in my name only. The house is worth 160,000. During the property settlement does my ex owe me for the equity lost before the property was transmuted?
