Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My ex-boyfriend, whom I have three year old twins with, as been cheating and going back and forth from me and the "girlfriend" for almost 2 years now. The girlfriend keeps sending me text messages that she has more than enough money to pay a lawyer for him to take me back to court to take my children from me. They do not have a stable relationship and I feel it's unhealthy for my children to be caught in the middle. She is constantly harassing me about the twins. What can I do to stop this and prevent her from being present during his visitation, he only gets 7 days a month. Sometimes he doesn't even get them so he can take her out. My children are the only ones suffering and it's tearing me apart. Please tell me what I can do?

You can take a restraining order out against her. You can press telephone harrassment charges against her criminally. You can move the Court to prevent her from being present during visitation if you can prove her presence is not in the children's best interests.

I am sorry, but you are an idiot to stay with a loser that is doing what he is to you and your/his children. DUMP him or you will never be at peace!
